Username/Password Issues for Bonus Sites:
- If you just tried unsuccessfully to login to a bonus site multiple times and failed each time, your account may now be blocked for that site. This block will automatically resolve itself within an hour. If you are still having issues, even after waiting for your account to reset on the site, please contact support here.

Where are the bonus sites?:
- If you are you looking for access to the bonus sites you received with your membership, please login to the main site you signed up for, scroll to the bottom of the main members page, and the bonus sites will be listed with thumbs you can click on to login. Access to bonus sites is automatically added within a few minutes of membership to the main site you signed up for.

Username/Password Issues:
- If you are unable to login to the paysite, please check the username & password you received by email when you first signed up to the site. Your username/password is also located here if you were billed by CcBill or here if you were billed by Epoch [you will need 2 of the following 3 items: Email Address, Credit Card Number or Subscription Number to access your login/password]. It may be a good idea to copy & paste both the login/password instead of typing it yourself into the login/password prompt. If you get a white page when trying to login or a page that says authentication has failed after doublechecking your login details, please contact support here.

Unable to access a zipset?:
- Zipsets are NOT included with regular membership to the site. They need to be purchased seperately or in addition to your existing regular membership. If you purchased a zipset, and are unable to login, please follow the steps in the section above, and if you are still unable to login, please contact support here.

Transfering Memberships:
- We are unable to transfer memberships between sites.

Zip File Help / Zip Store Zip File Help:
- To open a zip file, you need Winzip installed. You should be able to doubleclick on the file, and then extract the file contents to a folder you chose. If you get a file corruption error, redownload the zip file from the site and doublecheck that you have downloaded the entire file. Then re-attempt to extract the zip file. If you are still unable to extract the zip file, please contact support here.

Video File Help:
- If you are experiencing video file problems first make sure you have downloaded the entire video to your harddrive. Some browsers / computer setups will be unable to stream the video from the website to your computer, so downloading the full file before playing it is sometimes needed. Once the file is on your local computer, doubleclick on the file to play it with your media player. If it still does not play, you may need to upgrade your Windows Media Player. We suggest always using Windows Media Player available from Microsoft. If you are still unable to play the video file, please contact support here.

Webcam Video Feed Help:
- To view the live webcam feeds on any of the sites, you need two peices of software installed. Windows Media Player from Microsoft & the Macromedia Flash Player from Macromedia / Adobe. Viewing the live webcam feeds will not work in every browser. Please use Internet Explorer. If you are unable to view the feed still, doublecheck that your copy of Windows Media Player & Flash are the latest upgraded copies. Once you install any necessary upgrades for either of these products, close your browser and then re-open it and attempt to view the feed. If you are prompted for a login/password to view the feed, enter the login/password that you use to login to the site's members's area.

Webcam Chat Help:
- If you are unable to see the chat script on the rightside of the webcam feed, you do not have Macromedia Flash installed which is available here. Once you are able to view the chat script, choose a random username that you would like to be known as and enter that into the username box at the top of the chat program and check the 'Guest' checkbox. Leave the password blank, and click on login. You will then be shown the available chat channels (click on the channel to enter it) which you can enter to chat with who is on webcam at that time.

Forum Help:
- To post on the forum you need a register for an account first. Once you have created a new account and confirmed your email address, u will be able to login and start posting with the username & password u selected in the registration process. If you do not receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder before contacting support here.

Journal Help:
- If you commented on a journal entry but were unable to see the reply on the journal, it is because all replies are moderated. Before they appear they have to be approved. This can take a few days.

How to cancel your account:
- To cancel your account, you will need 2 of the following 3 items: Email Address, Credit Card Number or Subscription Number. Your subscription number is in the email you received from CCBill when you first signed up. You can cancel your account by clicking here.
